The virus lies inactive in the nerve cells until something triggers it to become active again. Once a person has the virus, it remains in the body. My doctor said there is no cure for herpes simplex. We've had poor service before (rare) but NEVER like this. We haven't been treated this way in ANY of the Roadhouse locations across the country before. I didn't even get her name since she didn't stick around long enough. That is not the way any customer should be treated. It wasn't until after I complained to a manager that she came back to the table with definite attitude and took our order. She brought our drinks and we told her we were ready to order and she told us to wait a minute and proceeded to take care of bar customers. She asked what we wanted to drink and we told her we were ready to order and all she was worried about was the drinks.

She came in and did not realize she was our server until I stopped her. We have a favorite table in the bar across the country so we waited 10 minutes for our server to come in. We are out of towners and stopped in for dinner tonight at the Rapid City location. We're 20 + year patrons of Texas Roadhouse.
