Not quite sure how to check OS version or service pack, but I believe this socialclub_launcher.log should be helpful. Which of the set of steps do you reccomend I take? I've verified the integrity of files, cleared download cache, I HAVEN'T reinstalled the game (because it takes about 9 hours for my computer to download), and I've fidgeted around with the Social Club client files to try and see if I could get it to recognize my account. you kind of have to unless you just format'd your pc 1hr ago and it is 100% vanilla. If anything, can always try on a diff pc, tether connection, isp, and rule out a few other things. and only testing is going to sort it out.
